Dawn Gibbins MBE is the dynamic founder and Chairman of Cheshire based Flowcrete, the world leading specialist flooring and decking business.

Dawn, a former Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year, founded Flowcrete with her inventor father Peter Gibbins in 1982. In 25 years, with the help of her husband Mark Greaves and an exceptional team, she has built the company into a global business, with offices in 26 countries as well as manufacturing centres in the UK, South Africa, Europe, Asia, USA and Brazil.
In the interview, Dawn talks openly and enthusiastically about what has made her business successful, how she has grown and developed as the inspirational leader of the business and what the future holds for Flowcrete.
